Three separate HVAC companies and technicians noted excessive dust and bacterial growth in my supply plenum over the past year; however, these AC companies are not licensed to determine or confirm whether there is actual mold. I want to share a great review . Mr. Eric Williams came out on a Friday evening & spent time looking over my Air Vents & Ducts . I had had a company say I needed cleaning for ‘ mold ‘ , by just looking at . The fee would have been over $5000. The previous company did no testing at all. Eric reassured me that it was always best to have a certified test run before concluding that was the problem . He did not charge for this & has followed up with helpful contacts that are reputable !
