Restor-It

At my age, I have dealt with many companies. This company, Restor-It, is the best of the best. Restor-It came to our rescue and left us in awe. It was their work ethic, absolute dedication and excellent skills that make them so good for restoration and rebuilding. Michael and his crew are kind, dedicated and excellent to work with. Michael and Rafael are special people. Osman and his team’s work are also astonishing. Restor-It does excellent work and gives you peace and confidence. You know immediately that you are in gifted hands. Highly recommended.

As a Facility manager I have called on Restor-It for projects for over 10 years at different communities that I have managed. I work with Aly and Monica on a weekly basis scheduling projects that are often needing a quick turnover. The responses are always quick and they stand by there work. I've even had to call them in the middle of the night for floods or other issues that have taken place at the building. They are always quick to help resolve the issues . Bob is also very knowledgeable and always willing to help come up with a solution. Thank you Monica and Aly for all you do for us along with the entire crew. I could not do it without y"all!

I had my whole house carpets cleaned and Restor-It did an awesome job. They showed up promptly and also suggested other options before beginning the job. Their crews are friendly and would recommend them for future cleanings.

Restore-It is great but really it's Michael Rowley who made my experience AMAZING! I recently had an issue with mold in one of my closet's in my apartment. My apartment management company sent out Michael to help remediate and his service blew me away. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and a dedicated hard worker. Overall just a top-notch guy. He kept me posted with updates on timing and status of my project the whole time. Bonus points for also giving my dog Pickles some love while he was here! Restore-It should consider themselves lucky to have such a great employee. Whenever I purchase my next home, if I am to have any issues I will definitely be calling Michael!

Please read in its entirety. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service started out great. I had a leak in my closet and Restore It came in immediately, cut out the drywall, and aired out the area. They were supposed to also complete my flooring since the water went under the flooring, causing it to lift up. After the mold remediation in the closet, there was a lack of response by Chris. I reached out several times with no response. I had to call back to the store as if I were a new customer just to try to figure out when they I could pick out the flooring and schedule installation. Finally, after the father asked me to come to the store, I picked out the flooring I wanted, only to never get it. Every time I was advised that someone was coming, no one ever came. I escalated the issue
