What an incredible company Restoration 1 is. I am so thankful for the services they have given us but even more than that, I am thankful for the friendly and reliable people they have. Tayna, my project manager, is unbelievably dedicated. If she didn't answer my call, she made sure to get in touch same day. Every single worker affiliated with this company needs praised. Taylor, Josh, Ben, Victor, Craig and I believe I am leaving Ben's coworker's name out, were all stellar in their work and communication. This was a huge project that was not expected, so to have a team that is this thorough and efficient is vital. Getting our bathroom back to us was clearly their number one priority. My wife Leslie and I would like to give a huge shoutout to the amazing Restoration1 team of Britney, Haiden, Craig, Manos, and Jeremiah for doing an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. In the fall, I had a pipe burst and it caused damage to the entry way to my condo. Jason and his team members Restoration 1 came in so quick and were so kind, helpful and communicative of what to expect during this process and next steps. Shout out to Ben who was so kind and quick with taking out the old floor and trim and killed a couple spiders in the process!! I didn’t get a chance to learn all the names of the guys that helped with the wall removal and fans to help dry out the water but they were so professional, kind and worked so quick! After we had a water leak that soaked through and created a hole in the drywall basement ceiling, Josh reviewed the situation; he felt it was too small of a job to get them involved, although if we wanted that, he would make it happen. The people he recommended did a quick and excellent job. We appreciated Josh's integrity and would definitely reach out to Restoration 1 again when an issue arises!

From beginning to end our experience with Restoration 1's crew was detailed, supportive, and with great customer service. We had a small water pipe break in the wall that we fortunately discovered quickly. After the pipe was repaired Restoration came out and took care of mitigation and demo. We initially met with Josh, who explained everything in great detail about steps to expect, why each step was done, what it will financially look like, how it will work with insurance, and what to expect for a timeline and communication.
