I hired R1 Construction to restore my home after a water leak in Nov. 2025, and I’m so grateful for their entire team. Erica and Ana were my first points of contact and did a wonderful job getting everything started, especially around the mitigation efforts. Their support and coordination at the beginning set the tone for a smooth process, and I really appreciate their help. I also want to recognize Christian Prida for his outstanding work as Project Manager for the restoration of my home. I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service and quality of the repair work. From the initial inspection with Alfonso, the coordination with Ana, and project management with Christian, everyone was so friendly, responsive, thoughtful, and informative. Christian went above and beyond, helping me find a creative solution to save money. He communicated clearly about what would and wouldn't work, making me feel very confident in the quality of the solution. He was very prompt in his communication and kind to my family (even my cat!). I was impressed by how quickly the work was done and how well what I asked for was executed. I'm so grateful that R1 was referred to me, and I highly recommend them.

R1 helped us repair our bathroom after a leak. They handled everything from mitigation, speaking with our insurance company about the quote, and repairing the damage. Everyone on their team was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Christian and his restoration team did an amazing job finished out the bathroom and it looks even better than before the repair. I would highly recommend R1.

Restoration 1 really came through for us between Christmas 2025 and New Year’s. A slow leak in our upstairs bath made its way to the downstairs ceiling. They were quick to come out to assess where the moisture had spread and provide a quote. Within a day or two a crew arrived to expose all the wet areas and set up fans and dehumidifiers. The crew lead was professional and informative. Several days later there was no remaining moisture in the subfloor and studs and we could move forward with the reconstruction. They were prepared to work with our home insurance company, but we declined because of our high deductible. Overall, we are very happy with Restoration 1 and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Restoration One did a great job helping me through a terrible situation. I am an out of state landlord and worked with Jake who was incredibly communicative and patient in helping me understand what was going on at my property, how to best treat the situation appropriately, and even took the time to speak to my tenants when given permission to mediate the situation. I am incredibly appreciative for his and the service provided.
