One of the furnaces at our office building leaked and apparently standing water had been in that little closet for some time. As we began removing things we found mold and water damage and are thankful to know Scott and his team. We received three quotes and they had the most reasonable one. They also didn't only look just where we pointed them, but looked around to make sure the water didn't go the other direction (it had, but only a little), and that it wouldn't happen again. They explained everything, were timely in the quote and had great communication from when they'd arrive to when they'd be back and what to expect. Restoration 1 of Central Denver is extremely responsive, professional and reliable! I had a situation where a unit next to my office had a water leak but refused to admit or identify the leak which was seeping (heavily) into my unit. I had response rather quickly AND Skyler went to the unit next door and was able to show them exactly where their leak was and helped them get it shut off. Over the next few days, Skyler and his crew pulled out the water from my carpet, brought in fans to dry out the carpet and drywall and, with their super high-tech water meter detectors, assured me that we were safe and DRY! Restoration 1 came out quick for a water overflow from a condensation pump in the basement and got the job done promptly, drying out in a few days. We had filed an insurance claim on another issue last year and I did not want to file another one for what overall was a minor water issue, so I was tried to go through self-pay and had been told they would work with us on the pricing. But, I was surprised by the initial bill when it came in for the amount of work done. Their ended up being some miscommunications about this and not going through insurance, but Karry from accounting was very helpful and they brought the price down to something more manageable. I appreciate her doing that and made me happy at the end with the overall experience.

We had a major pipe leak in our basement that we did not discover for several days. As a result there was mold damage to our walls, carpet and furniture.
