This company has shady business practices. They tried to get us to write a google review as soon as they removed the water from our home. I am SOOOO glad that I waited! The owner Jason refused to work with our insurance adjuster on prices for services. She was willing to pay the price that they wanted but it was clear that Jason was NOT willing to speak with her. He sent threatening emails to her stating that he was going to sue us a pursue taking our home for a $12,605.09 bill. When we called him to speak about the emails and the issue with insurance he told us not to worry about it because he does this to insurance all the time to force them to pay the amount that he wants. Jason and his team do an excellent job of communicating the processes of remediation and they are right on top of things! We would highly recommend them if you have any fire or water , mold, or smoke damage or construction needs!

Astounded by everyone recommending Restoration 1. He charged us for far more than the work done, it took us sending ring footage of every item brought into our home before he’d amend the invoice. When our adjuster had questions he hung up on her and flat out refused to work with her anymore (she wanted photo documentation of work he invoiced, which based on her experience seemed excessive to the situation) and then he called me berating her. When asked to talked to the lead tech ON SCENE, he insisted it was himself, but he never stepped foot on my property. When we pushed back, his office manager called us and told us we were one of many being over billed and that he had been terminated for questioning it. Jason and Company are true professionals and have your best interest in mind. We were told we needed so much more done by other companies versus what Jason and his team found. This is quite a blessing as that means the put back will not be near as expensive. Really appreciate the professionalism knowledge and honesty!
