Prompt, cooperative and competent service from this company at all levels. Anthony set up equipment to remove and dry wet carpet and returned to check status and remove fans when complete. Robert and Derek were friendly and efficient. Did an excellent job replacing padding and reinstalling carpet and then moved furniture back to original location. Would highly recommend this company.

Words can not explain how please I am with restoration 1 of Horry County. I have never experienced water damage, therefore i had no clue what to expect. Restoration 1 came to my home and took charge of the project. I felt so at ease and well informed, from the initial assessment of the water damage and mold to the completion of the project. Miranda the office manager was such a sweet heart and provided the needed information to the insurance company and she never made me feel like I was a bother. Last but certainly not least, Robert and Derrick made an awesome team. They took great care of my home from the beginning to the end. When Robert and Derrick finish the room, it looked as if I never had a problem. Actually my room looked better. As a women, we are cautious about who we allow in

The 3 gentlemen, Anthony, Derek, and Jeremy were polite, and respectful. They explained everything they were doing; they were incredibly hard working and efficient. Always careful to clean up after the day's work. I have no reservations/hesitation in recommending this company. Wish all companies had a crew like them !

We had a sewage backup in our home and Anthony and his team were at my home within hours. They were friendly, professional, and very thorough. I offered to grab a trash bag at one point and they quickly let me know that I didn't have to worry about a single thing - and I didn't! They treated my home and my belongings respectfully. They made sure to greet the real boss of our home, our dog, every time they saw her. I can't recommend Restoration 1 enough!
