Val and all of his staff were great to work with. Months later with sub zero temperatures, my pipes froze. I called Val to see if there was any possibility of getting it fixed and preventing another major flood. Within an hour on a Saturday night, Calvin arrived and was able to thaw our pipes and prevent another disaster. I am so grateful. This is definitely above and beyond customer service.

My kids lost water on Friday morning due to a frozen pipe that broke. I was given Fillipp’s number by a friend who highly recommended him. Although Filipp was out on another emergency job, he offered to help me find someone who would be available. I have had issues with plumbers flaking and decided to wait for him, even if that meant a few days. But he came out that day, at 8 pm, to assess the issue. He gave me a quote and returned the following day with the materials to fix the broken pipe and restore water to my kids on Christmas Eve.
