Restoration Relief Ephrata

Check your itemized invoices closely. They charged $1,100 for two 16 x 20 tarps. Labor to install was billed separately. Companies like this are part of the reason insurance premiums continue to skyrocket. Estimator was extremely rude when questioned.

We had damage to our garage from someone driving into it and we had previously used Restoration Relief a few years ago when a tree fell on our house, so thankfully we thought to use them again. They were so easy to work with. They dealt with our insurance company directly and took care of all the details that can be a headache in these situations. They went over and above to make sure that we were happy with their work in the end. I would recommend them!

Restoration Relief has been an awesome partner for us so far. We sure weren’t expecting to ever need services like this, but now that we do, we are so grateful to have a dedicated team who explains the process to us, advocates for us, and keeps great communication. We are still in the middle of the restoration, but so far RR has provided emergency services, had all of our clothing and textiles moved out to American Clothing Restoration (another great company), and had the entire contents of our home that was deemed possibly salvageable packed out. We were out of our house for close to 2 years due to a tree falling on it. We could not be any more pleased with the way our Project Manager, Wendell Hurst, ran this project. Wendell always kept us informed and was always on top of the insurance as well as the reconstruction. We would also like to mention Amy Anthony, our Project Coordinator. She did an excellent job keeping the contract and insurance claim in sync. There was a lot of back and forth with our insurance company and we appreciate all of the time and effort she put into our claim. We would also like to mention all of the contractors that Restoration Relief hired to work on our house. Everyone was professional and did a great job getting things done right and on time. This review is for Restoration Relief. Bathroom remodel in $400,000 home taken 7 months an 3 project managers. The crew owned by Mike is all Spanish speaking young guys that can’t communicate with English speaking Americans. They do work like it’s a HUD home - for the half. Let doors open to your house in 30 degree weather. I have pictures to back up this unacceptable job. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
