Very good experience! I bought a house that's had 2 additions made to it and the original framing wasn't done right and began to sag the roof and some ceilings. I had 4 other contractors and engineers come out to my home to give me quotes and ideas of what was wrong and how to fix. Dead ends, too young and inexperienced, most either quoted insane prices and everyone of them wasn't sure what was needed. Finally I found Bryan on Google and saw his work and I could tell this man knew his stuff. He came out, created a plan and quoted me a fair price for the work. Finally I found a contractor who is : professional, does what he said will do, completes the work on time and shows up at the planned hours. On top of all of this, Bryan costs are very competitives. I used Bryan to install 10 x 20ft joists in my house. Heavy duty remodelling. He came, assessed the work on the spot, game me a competitive quote. Showed us later in the week and completed the work in 2 days (as indicated at the first meeting). I plan to use Bryan for any future remodeling work at my place and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
