Sam came out right away and was so knowledgeable about water damage and was very meticulous in uncovering the extent of the damage. The mitigation and repair work went smoothly and Sam went above and beyond with the speed of the project, ensuring we would be back in our home before the holidays. Sam and his team were great throughout the process. We had a Ro water filter rupture and leak all over the kitchen and wick up the island. In 1 month between thanksgiving and Christmas, Restoration solutions was able to install entirely new floors on our entire first floor, install a new cabinet, paint the walls cabinet and trim, sub out the island granite for a more updated quartz, and install a brand new backsplash. Very satisfied with the work and even got back in right before Christmas to enjoy the holidays.

Sam and his team were great! They showed up on a Saturday within an hour of our initial phone call to begin water mitigation services for a pipe that broke on our first floor. Sam took the time to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and checked in with us over text or phone call almost daily with us over the week long mitigation. Sam was super helpful! Explained everything from the insurance side to the actual repair process. His team was professional and started work very quickly around our schedule and even worked with the adjuster and insurance team so that we didn't have to do much of anything. Highly recommend!
