Restoration Specialists arrived shortly after they were contacted about a leak; I learned that it was between the walls. Robert assessed the situation and knew precisely what needed to be done. Every contact with them was positive, they always let me know when they were coming and arrived on time. The repair work was amazing, I cannot tell where all the wallboard was removed and replaced. I cannot imagine using any other company for damage repair. Many thanks to Robert, Ray, and Juan for a job extremely well done.

Ray and Robert were here right away and accessed my leak and told me what needed to be done and they were on point. Always answer my text messages and answered all my questions right away. Kept me up to date on materials they ordered to repair my bathroom and new flooring. And came by with samples. Came out and fixed a minor problem I had without hesitation. Very professional.

Ray and Robert were great to work with.. Took the time to make sure damage was evaluated thoroughly. Also when all repairs were completed they made sure we were satisfied with the results. We had a water leak. Our insurance company cut 2 checks to pay for the repairs. The first was for mitigation or removal of damaged materials. The second was for replacing materials. The work went okay. We chose to install our own flooring which wasnt an issue. We contacted the insurance company to see what our flooring allowance was. We reached an agreement with Restoration Specialists as to our final refund amount on 8/2/21. Restoration Specialists shorted us $1,234.64 out of our insurance check refund for flooring allowance. We found out about this shortage when they dropped off our check on 9/3/21. We agreed upon our refund amount when we co-signed the insurance check over to them on August 2. We paid our deductible and everything due on our end. They came back 9/3/21 to present us with

This company was hired by Tower Insurance Company to repair my home as a result of water damage that subsequently resulted in a mold remediation claim. Their representative was in my home no less than 4 times and repeatedly lied about starting the job. 4 months after the loss date and I am now looking for another contractor
