I had water pipe leak behind my guest room wall. After identifying its location I called Restoration XPerts. I spoke to Annie and explained that I needed a Dry Out (to prevent mold from growing). Less than 2 hours later Steve arrived. They arrived before my plumber! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained clearly what needed to be done. I highly recommend Restoration XPerts. They are an A++ company that cares.

We recently had Marco and Elio come to assist us with mold remediation after a pipe flooded a room in our house. The team was nothing short of professional and kind. They took their time to answer any questions we had and explained every step in the process. They delivered quality work and did not leave until everything was done for the day. Excellent and genuine customer service experience from this company. The owner, Doug, was on top of the entire situation at my parents apartment throughout the entire process and followed up on a timely manner. He made my elderly parents feel like they were being taken care of by someone who really cares about helping. Companies now days are only in it for the bucks and Doug is someone who really went above and beyond to show his company is there to HELP and to resolve the situation, and not just doing a job to get paid.
