Restorations by Highmark

I want to thank Dave and Dan at Restorations by Highmark for their services helping us with our water damage. Dave was super informative and professional, he was so willing to come out after hours to access our situation and set up Dan to start the work early the next day! Dan was very courteous with calling us to let us know when he would start his work. Our house was very chaotic with my daughter’s young family staying with us, and he didn’t miss a beat! His work ethic shone and was very careful with removing base and our flooring! He answered all our questions and explained the next part of our process. I genuinely can’t express enough praise for Highmark. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Everyone I worked with was fantastic! Dustin and Corey made the process incredibly smooth. They’re both incredibly professional and easy to work with. Doc did an incredible job and completed the task in just one week. He was a pleasure to have on the project. My ceiling looks brand new! If I ever need more house work done I will be calling Highmark.

We had a leaky pipe which lead to a massive rebuild of the main level of our home. Highmark did the Mitigation and rebuild and was outstanding to work with. They helped the process with our insurance and were transparent the entire time. Eric our project manager would come over and meet the contractors for the day every time someone new was coming to explain what had to be done. We also made some adjustments and high mark was able to stay within the budget allotted with the new portions of the rebuild. We would highly recommend.

They were very highly recommended by our insurance company for a major claim. The workmanship was great but I had to stay on top of them the wrap up little details at the end. They switched job super right after project started. He was a jerk to me when I let him know that his crew had made a pretty major mistake. He was frustrated with them but took it out on me. He/they also surprised us with an expensive change order to move a piano that should have been obvious when they quoted the job. In short, good quality, but expensive, hard to deal with and slammed me with a big surprise bill.

We had water damage and mold in our basement . It was a 6 month process but all the staff at Highmark were great to work with and have excellent communication ! PM Corey and Dustin did an excellent job. Would highly recommend . Finished product is wonderful
