RestorePro came in first thing on a Monday morning to help me deal with damage from a leak that occurred over a weekend. Jose on the mitigation side and John Wauer on the repair side did a great job of walking me through the process and keeping my informed throughout.

Our experience with RestorePro was great from start to finish. Dealing with a full lower level mitigation and reconstruction project following hurricane Helene, the RestorePro team treated us with respect and professionalism, and urgency despite the heavy number of jobs they were juggling! From my initial communications with Wendy, to the mitigation overseen by Patrick, and the bulk of the project managed by Tanner through the reconstruction, everyone on this job was fantastic. We love how the finished product looks, and are glad to be enjoying our favorite spaces in our house again!
