There are very few companies, in any field, that provide the workmanship and professionalism of Restore Rite. Austin and his crew are top notch, they genuinely care, and believe me, it shows. If you have to call them, chances are you are dealing with a stressful situation. I can promise you that the second they show up to your property, your stress instantly ends. When you see this crew get to work and transform and restore your property right before your eyes. I wish I could leave 10 stars, because they truly deserve it.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and concern from Marc, the owner. Marc stood me up several times without even calling nor texting me, leaving me stranded and frustrated. I had water damage and had no guidance whatsoever and help from Marc. I had several concerns and he was "ALWAYS" inaccessible and "Missing In Action". Never there for me especially in a situation like mine where I'm all alone and dealing with serious medical issues as well. This is unforgivable. I am totally beyond upset. Words cannot even describe how angry and emotionally devastated I am from this awful experience I had to endure by this man. Wow! Listen up, folks. You need to use this company as your only choice in their line of work. First of all, my family wants to thank their whole team,Austin , Marc, Justin , Steven ,Luis ,Julian , and Fernando, for helping us through our flooded basement. These guys were extremely nice, like having your family come to your aid. They are professional, and they are excellent at what they do. First of all, we called the other companies to come out on New Years weekend a d they took 8 days to respond. Restore rite was at my home in a few hours and worked till 2am with the water vacuumed, fans in place, and humidifiers going to hold back the mold. they then did the pack up and cut all the sheet rock cleared all the carpets and vinyl wood dryed the foor and sprayed. Actually I have no words to express my gratitude towards Marc and his Restore and Rite company. They were there from the beginning to the end to see me and my family safe and secured. Marc was there thru the whole process from insurance to the major jobs like restoring eletric and sidings which caught fire. He is an excellent communicator.
