Repairs on the front and back porch were done very well and quickly. Painting of outside of house was a series of delays and errors. There were issues getting crew. When the crew would come there were problems - wrong colors here, sloppy edges there, paint of different colors on parts that were already painted, areas without two coats, paint on the roof shingles, paint on the door frame inside the house. Painting started first week of July. Job was still not finished in September when I sent a list of all the touch ups needed - 18 different items! It seemed that once the main part of the house was done, our job was last on his list. He persuaded us to pay more and more portions of the job to where it got down to only about 300 dollars left. Was asked to give the list of the touch ups and
