Restoreace

I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues. I would recommend Restoreace Restoration if you want a service professional that comes when you need them and not have you wait for a call back in an emergency situation.

I recently had restoreace restoration do some mold remediation in our basement bathroom and i am very pleased with the work that they did. They go the extra mile and genuinely care about their customers and their health, no doubt! In the end, it was just only the bathroom and I can rest easy knowing that it's all cleaned up and there was no evidence of mold elsewhere. It was a pleasure having Marc and Gavin in our home to do the work. They were a great crew that were very courteous and professional in addition to doing a great job and kept everything very clean.

After the devastating loss of my mother, I decided to rent out my house. Unbeknownst to me, there was a water issue in the basement. To make matters worse, I had tenants who were non-empathetic and made a bad situation much worse. Here is the good part though! Nigel came in, and dealt with the tenants firsthand, and got everything restored in my basement. It looked an absolute mess while it was happening, but by the end, it looked like it never happened! I hope I do not need his services ever again, but I strongly recommend if you do, you use them!

Nigel and his team were very quick to respond upon the initial call that there was flooding in the basement. They immediately came and did damage control within a few hours, working in a very timely and efficient matter to prevent water damage and mold. The rebuild of the drywall, carpet replacement and finish work was completed beautifully and the basement feels like brand new. Thank you very much to Nigel and his team!

Our basement flooded multiple times shortly after moving into our new home and during cleanup we discovered large patches of mold in a wall cavity behind our cabinets. Nigel and his crew came out and took care of everything - they cut out the drywall, dried out the area, cleaned/scrubbed the mold and then treated the entire wall cavity to prevent the mold from coming back. Everyone was friendly and professional and Nigel explained everything throughout the process - he cares about his customers. Now that the source of our leak has been fixed and our flooding problems are behind us, I'm confident that our mold problems are behind us as well.
