Dylan's communication from the first call back truly set the bar high. He is patience and listened to all my concerns with honest care. Called and communicated when he was on his way, showed up promptly at the time promised. We have a difficult attic to access yet Dylan with a smile on his face got right up in there and did a thorough inspection, taking over a dozen pictures. He even took such care to lay out plastic under his ladder and wore booties when coming in and out of our home. I was so impressed with how much time he took with me to get us going in the right direction and to come up with a game plan to help us with our next steps. Brian, Dylan and their team were amazing. They listened to our concerns when we though we might have had mold contamination in our home. They were able to rule out the major concerns and even were able to pinpoint the cause of some of the moisture issues in our cabinets. Our issue turned out not to be mold, but improperly sealed HVAC ductwork drawing in cellulose insulation from the attic and putting it into our airway causing skin and respiration issues as well as forcing cold air into the wall cavity which mixed with the ambient temp of the concrete slab causing moisture which was rotting our cabinet bases. Called to have rental property inspected due to evidence of mold. Brian from Moldease advised me he had to get authorization from the landlord. I gave him the landlord’s info and was told I would get test results on 1/2/20. I called Mold ease on 1/2/20 in the afternoon and got no returned call. Called six times on 1/3/20, no response. After the sixth call I called from a business phone and call was answered immediately. When asked why no returned call reply from Brian was he was busy. I then requested results and was told I had to get it from my landlord because he paid for it. I was never given an opportunity to pay for the results even though I was the one that hired Moldease. What an amazing company and crew. I was recommended by my pest control to check for mold due to leak in roof and pest issue. I called and scheduled a FREE consultation and I’m so glad I did. Two men (Dylan and Max) arrived on time and called before arrival. They were OUTSTANDING…polite, professional, and very thorough. I told them my concerns and what was going on. I can’t say enough good things about Dylan and Restorease! My friend, the owner of Storm Troopers, recommended Dylan to me because I have been concerned that I may have mold in my house. My health has been declining due to allergies, my house is very old, I wanted to rule out the possibility of mold! They do FREE consults!!!
