We can’t say enough positive things about Jessica Wells, who was our project manager for the repair portion of our RestorePro project. She was extremely attentive and accommodating as she answered all of my questions promptly. She did a great job coordinating all of the logistics from ordering supplies to scheduling the crew. A few things happened outside of her control and she worked extremely hard to ensure we still finished our project within the original timeframe. They went above and beyond and helped me think through decisions which helped the process move along quickly. We did not plan for our sewer to back up in our house! But they made the process easy to deal with, and now our house looks brand new. We love our new floors and walls! I recently had the opportunity to work with RestorePro after a flood in my townhome and I can’t recommend them or my rep Jessica Wells enough. From start to finish in a very stressful situation I was put at ease by Jessica and her team. The mitigation team was at the property within hours of my initial call with fans to dry the area and a plan! I don’t know what I would have done without them. Jessica was in contact with me daily making sure I knew what to expect every step of the way and was always willing to meet the various workers, plumbers etc that needed to access the property when no one else could.
