Joel was amazing. I was loosing sleep overnight over some home issues and he came and assured me I was totally fine. He came in time and even put on booties to ensure he didn’t track in dirt which I wasn’t worried about anyway. It was a nice touch. In the end he was honest and didn’t recommend any services I didn’t need. If I ever need his services I will definitely contact him again without hesitation.

In was easy and efficient to set up the appointment with Restorez. On the mini g if the appointment I was sent a link to track the technician’s arrival time. Joel & Jake were the technicians. They were very professional and courteous. Had all the equipment for testing moisture. They were very honest with us, recommended solutions (and did not recommend work that did not need to be done like other contractors might do). Will definitely call them in the future if we need this type of analysis and work in the future. We highly recommend Restorez and Joel & Jake.

I am the building manager of a 24-unit apartment building in Venice and Chris Tiner stopped by to provide a quote and scope for sewage cleanup from a backup in our mainline that was cleared. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The communication was clear and coordinating the service was painless and devoid of email or phone tag, which is frequently the case with other vendors. I would happily work with him again for any future work needed in the building.

The team at Restorerz have all been great to work with. I especially appreciate Joel Lopez, who came out to inspect our house for mold. We had a leak in our roof, and after the last heavy rain, we were concerned about mold damage. Joel was exceptional to work with. He made sure to let us know when he was coming. Upon arrival he performed the inspection and gave us details for next steps. Joel was very thorough, professional, and friendly, and was ready to answer any questions we had. 5 Stars in my opinion! My experience so far has been great. KJ was professional, down to earth and explained things well and throughly. Their quote is reasonable and I look forward to completing my stressful bummer of a mold project through them and build a good relationship with them for any possible future projects.
