The technician Eddie was great at communicating the entire process and reassuring my wife and I each step of the way. Hire Restorez! Juan Rivera was my agent. So professional, kind, so much info and upfront on what was to be done. I was panicked about my dad who is on hospice and he helped me find a place to stay that would allow a medical bed etc through their emergency housing. They did a great job in tearing out and assuring the water damaged kitchen and floor were properly dried. They also took extra care with saving the granite top which saved a lot in cost for the repair.
