I had been struggling to find someone knowledgeable and willing to properly diagnose and fix my boiler system, which is not easy to find technicians for. I got a new furnace put in recently and I am very happy with how the whole process turned out. The sales tech was very knowledgeable about the various options and was a great help in choosing what model to get. They were able to schedule a date promptly, and did a great job of installation. The employees are very professional and did a superb job on the project. The price was very competitive. They were super well organized, it was a great choice of a company to use. Dave the Technician that came out to do a furnace check up is always professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and respectful. He has worked on my AC and furnace for the last 2 years and I am thankful the great customer service he shows me.

My AC went out at the end of the summer, and had to pull in quotes for a replacement AC and furnace system. I contacted many places for quotes, which almost all companies wanted to spend an hour or more on site to literally open a binder or write down a generic price for their installation. This included a few questionable quotes that were missing parts or had issues like wanting to reuse the copper linesets or drop from a 10 to 1 year warranty. I ended up expanding my search and realized I overlooked Reupert who operates slightly more on the west side of Cincinnati, but I was still within their service range. At this time I knew the furnace model and AC unit outside and wanted to get down to a price for an installation. I ended up speaking with Joe Reupert directly who formed a quote and
