Revamp did a fantastic job with our fence! The guys were all very nice. The salesperson was thorough and explained well to the installers what needed to be done. Overall very pleased with the entire process!

We experienced the best customer service from the sales staff to the installers to Courntey in the office. We are so beyond happy with the product. Our fence is amazing!

Zach came to our house to do measurements and explain process of the new fence. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had great communication with revamp as far as scheduling and service. The fence is beautiful and was completed in two days. Highly recommend!

I am disgusted with revamp fence and deck!!! Paid a high price to have a double gate and fence segment replaced. The gate had a gap from the ground big enough for my beagle to get out. The gate they replaced was 4 to 5 inches from the ground. They did NOT replace the fence segment I contracted for. I informed the installers it was unacceptable. Eight days later I left a message with the scheduler asking when my complaint would be fixed. It has been 30 days, and she has not returned my call. I sent a pointed letter to corporate HQ, but got no response. I updated my review because the 1 star review i left got almost instant action from the manager. They replaced the gate and installed the fence segment. BTW, I left a message for the scheduler on Sept 5 regardless of what revamp s
