I was referred to Jake for a tear out of shower tub combo to build a tile shower. Jake was AMAZING! He communicated with me very well, was very precise and ensured the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Jake and would hire him again for any future construction jobs!

Jake was super easy to deal with, gave awesome advice and I came home to a different house. The attention to detail of his work and laidback nature made the whole process flawless. The pewter green exterior paint job changed the whole appearance of the home and the whole neighborhood is appreciative.

Jake is excellent, really pays attention to details! He remodeled our kitchen and also installed new flooring in kitchen, dining room, entryway, hallway, and bathroom. He was very good about explaining his work and more than willing to follow our ideas. He was great about cleaning his work area at the end of each work day. The pictures show the amazing transformation. This was a long process and we got to be great friends at the same time. He was even good enough to babysit our dog while we had errands to run.

I needed my bathroom remodeled and some other repairs completed after a flood. Revival Home Contracting quoted a much more reasonable price compared to the other bid I received and was available within a few weeks. Very happy with the completed work, it looks just lovely. Job was also completed in a timely manner.

I needed multiple “little” home repairs. I found Jake after asking for recommendations and reading several positive reviews. I got 3 bids and his was right in the middle. He just completed the work and everything looks great! The weather stripping on the two exterior entry doors was worn out so he replaced that. The hardware on my 3 entry doors was 22+ years old and he replaced all the hardware and aligned the strike plates so my doors close securely. Now the cold air (and the bugs!) can’t get in. He also did multiple dry wall corner repairs and repainted baseboards and doors. Jake will be my go-to contractor for any future needs.
