Revival Property Restoration

Wanted to avoid the big corporate restoration companies so took a chance with a local business owner. He came out and diagnosed our water damage same day! Even started restoration work the next morning. Was honest, respectful, timely and fair priced. Even provided trustworthy referrals for property repair. Worked with our insurance provider for reimbursement, can’t say enough positive things about Sam and his team. Thanks for your help during our difficult time, we really appreciate :-)

Sam did a great job of helping us navigate a very difficult situation. He was incredibly responsive and was able to get out to our site quickly. He was very professional and efficient and helped us identify the source of our problem and find vendors to help us repair it.Even though the project was not a fun one, it was a joy to work with Sam and I am happy to recommend him.

Sam was able to arrive very quickly to assess the situation in my house. He is very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of drying my house out and his work was excellent and very neat. Would recommend him to friends and family and would use him again with future needs.

We had water flooding our basement at 7pm. Sam brought over all the necessary equipment, helped us figure out the water source and shut it off. He then got all our stuff up off the floor using styrofoam pads and began extracting the water, pulled baseboards, created access holes and set-up air movers to dry the walls as much as possible. The next day Sam came back and determined any drywall that was not salvageable and demoed the dry wall and then helped to cleanup the mess, removed the flooring damaged by the water. Sam helped us to coordinate contents restoration through referrals and also cleanup after the drywall restoration work was done.

I could not be more satisfied with the services we received after dealing with a leaky bathroom. Sam was incredibly timely (made it out to the house the same day), was thorough, explained everything in a way that made sense, cleaned up well after his work was done, and was willing to work directly with our insurance adjuster. I would highly recommend!
