While I have not personally worked with Revive Home Studio nor am I affiliated with them, I felt compelled to share a truly positive experience. I am an interior designer working with a different builder, and we were recently contacted by a former client of Revive to continue another phase of work in their Naples home. As the client was considering reusing materials previously sourced through Revive to maintain continuity, particularly flooring, I reached out to their team and was connected with Elisa. Elisa was incredibly kind, professional, and transparent. Despite knowing that the upcoming project might be awarded to someone else, she willingly shared detailed information about the materials used without any hesitation, no gatekeeping. We had an outstanding experience with Revive during our entire house flooring and bathrooms renovation. Elisa and her team guided us through the whole project from advising on material selection to scheduling deliveries around inclement weather without us ever asking. We completely gutted our bathrooms and after spending endless hours online getting “inspired”, we weren’t sure what the final vision would be. Revive helped us get on track and consolidate the choices into a complete vision that would ultimately look amazing. The showroom has variety of materials and color selections that we thought were superior to other showrooms we had visited. When we hired Revive Home Studio for our bathroom renovation, I told Elisa Barhoum, one of the owners, that I was looking forward to writing a review for them at the conclusion of the job. Unfortunately, this is not the review I expected to post. After confirming that Matt Barhoum, the other owner, was indeed licensed as a contractor, and after visiting their showroom which showcased beautiful selections, we decided to hire them. Had we done a bit more research, we would have found out this was a new business and they lacked the experience to complete the job as stated. We were told the project would be completed within a week. That was unrealistic and inaccurate. It took several weeks because of the many issues which had to be corrected. From the design process to the construction, and then the final touches of our new outdoor grill area, Matt and Elisa were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything was done in exact accordance of the time line they outlined and they were available any time we had a question or concern. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. We will definitely be using them in the future with any other home projects.
