Fredy and his team were fantastic! We added a bathroom and expanded our living room, along with a full kitchen remodel. They finished within the exact time frame they promised, and the communication throughout the process was incredible. From the start, we discussed a clear budget, and Fredy was upfront anytime something might cost extra—no surprises or hidden fees. I’ve heard so many horror stories about construction projects, and I’m so thankful ours was the complete opposite. Ignored the Design Plan We gave them a clear blueprint and design vision, but they deviated from it significantly without consulting us. Now I’m stuck with a layout I didn’t want and have to pay extra to fix it.

Surprise Charges Beware of hidden fees! After agreeing on a price, I was hit with several unexpected charges that weren’t mentioned in the contract. They nickel-and dimed me the whole way through.
