If I could give zero stars, I would. The cleaners are ALWAYS an hour late without so much as a call or apology, and when they finally arrived, the quality of the work was embarrassing. Surfaces were still dusty, floors weren’t properly cleaned, and I ended up redoing half the job myself. I’ve had better results from a $5 bottle of cleaner and 20 minutes of my own time. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth a single penny.

Reyna's (owner) sent a cleaning crew, led by Myra, to our house for a deep clean on 12/22 - right before our large family Christmas gathering. The crew worked steadily, without breaks for 3 hours, and did a remarkable job deep cleaning our home. Some things that I didn't think could ever get cleaned, they found a way to make them look new. I will certainly be calling on Reyna's for a monthly service, and highly recommend Myra's crew. It was so nice to have a totally clean home during the holidays!!! Thank you!

Asked for a deep cleaning of our home, when we got the quote she said it would take about 4 hours. Cleaning ladies came and rushed through the cleaning and were done in about 2 hours. We asked and were told it would be a deep cleaning but it was a basic cleaning that anyone can do at home. We were also told a certain cost for 3-4 hours of work and when we get charged we are told “we don’t work by hours.” Sketchy charging and would not recommend for the price. Don’t try to reason with the owner, not client friendly
