Mark was fantastic! I was able to get a quick appointment. He was on time. And most importantly he did a wonderful job while saving me a ton of money! I thought I was going to need a whole new AC unit, but it was my smart thermostat going bad (thankfully under its separate warranty still). As a woman it can be stressful calling in a repairman. Mark was very polite and helpful, listened carefully to my concerns, never talked down to me, and even gave me some good educational information about my system. I will call him every time and recommend him to all my friends!! AA++

I have used Mark for years. In 2019, I had a Freon leak and he filled my outside unit. It lasted until this year. He put in a new unit and I financed at 0 percent for 2 years at 330 per month. Great deal and great work. My power bill has gone down tremendously. I never realized how hard my old unit was working to produce cold air. I highly recommend him. Outstanding service!

Reynaud HVAC is excellent! We had our unit completely replaced last year due to a grounded compressor, and mismatched handler, from years of home warranty repairs doing bandaid and patch work until there were no patches left to make. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and explains problems and solutions all in a way that anyone can understand. He is thorough in his walk through after his guys are done making sure that everything is done correctly and making any adjustments needed. We recently had a part (something like the control panel) go bad on the furnace/handler in the attic within the warranty period and he came out himself super quickly to get the part ordered and replaced and the problem repaired. He came in. He checked the system outside. He’s everything looked fine to him so he had to do nothing to it. He just came and checked it. He checked the filter things he went upstairs. Check it was $79 And I gave $80. He’s a nice man. He explained everything to me. Nothing was wrong with it the system. The things I see Don at the bottom of this list he has to do none of those

Simply amazed service like this still exists. I called Reynaud with an HVAC issue on a Friday afternoon. Were it possible to have someone home, they would have handled it the same day. They came out the following day, a Saturday, for the repair. I thought I would be gouged on the price, having this being handled for a tenant while I was out of town and not there to witness the work. That didn't happen. Absolutely wonderful experience.
