Reynold's has done a great job of servicing our HVAC system twice/year for many years. Last January, we had to replace our furnace and had them install a 97% efficient Bryant Evolution as it was eligible for a tax rebate. Then, in June, we had to replace our 36 year old A/C unit as well and went with the unit they recommended. We're very pleased with the results. As usual, everyone at Reynolds is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.

The customer service level at Reynolds is top notch. From Ashley scheduling the appointments and handling the paperwork to Jason installing/servicing the equipment I've experienced nothing but courteous and professional customer service from the entire Reynolds Team. Recently had both AC/Furnace replaced and couldn't be happier.

Reynolds Heating & Cooling recently performed duct cleaning for us as well the installation of a new 96.2% efficiency Bryant furnace. The new furnace proactively replaced a 22 year old Bryant furnace. We have been very happy with the reliability of Reynolds over the years. The new furnace and thermostat install went perfectly. I cannot recommend Reynolds Heating & Cooling highly enough! They are a pleasure to work with in all regards.

We had a very unique (and serious) issue with our downflow furnace/AC combo. Details are unneccessary, but Reynolds was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. We are a new customer and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Reynolds Heating and Cooling went above and beyond in my emergency situation. I discovered leaking water and needed to call their 24 hour emergency service. Jason was to my front door in less than 30 minutes after the call was placed and responded to my emergency call immediately after leaving a message. They went above and beyond to ensure that my home was in safe, working order. After replacement, they spent time giving me recommendations for servicing all of the water damage. I would highly recommend this company and would give higher than a 5 star rating if possible.
