Reynolds Plumbing and Heating provided outstanding service! Kirtis was extremely helpful, professional, and very quick to respond. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was handled efficiently. It’s hard to find service this reliable and prompt, but Reynolds Plumbing and Heating truly exceeded expectations. I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency, no heat and a forecast of below zero temps all weekend. From the very first moment on the phone I felt relieved to have found Reynolds. They are friendly, professional, and reassuring. Even though I was not a customer of theirs they offered an emergency appointment as soon as they could make it there. However I chose right away to become a permanent customer, I was that sure. They kept in contact with me to let me know when they were on their way. They arrived in a timely manner even in the snow. I watched as they tackled our non working gas boiler, and saw first hand what they had to do to get heat back on for us. I still need more work for the future and I am glad I have Reynolds to rely on for that and any future work!

We’ve used them twice as a VIP member and both times have been great. As a novice homeowner, it’s nice to have someone who knows what they are doing and can come quickly in an emergency. The last time we called it was the coldest night on record and they came out same night to make sure we’d have heat before bedtime. Thank you!

These guys are great I had an emergency with the furnace, come to find out I needed a new one. They were here the next morning with the new one and had everything working great within the day. I highly recommend them for any of your heating needs!!!

Our heat went out last night and he was able to come out first thing in the morning, determine the problem and had it fixed by 9:30 am. Great service, fast and efficient. Highly recommend and would definitely use them in the future!
