I’m in the final stretch of a home construction job outside Tylertown when the property owner adds one last thing: get that old septic tank cleaned out. Nobody knows where it is, nobody knows the size, last serviced, never. A neighbor suggested Reynolds. I was in a bit of a tight spot to tell you the truth. The owner himself came the very next morning — within minutes he located the tank and dug down to expose the hatch. When the lid turned out to be a real tough customer, he got it open after an hour of work with a pry bar and a hammer drill. This was not a trivial matter. He got it serviced and before he left, made the area look exactly like before. Throughout he was prompt, professional and easy to work with — he even took the time to answer a beginner's questions. I been through so much with our septic system, 4 septic pumps, had our system pumped twice in four months obviously by someone who did not know what he was doing, we had tripped breakers it was basically a complete disaster. I was given Chase’s contact number, called him on a Sunday night, and he came by and fixed everything. He knows exactly what he is doing and he did it. He showed me he cares about his customers. He is a very pleasant and caring person with wonderful customer service.
