RFD Sales Cabinet Company

This is long overdue and the only reason I’m posting, is in the hopes that what happened to us doesn’t happen to anyone in the future. Let’s first start with how they guarantee that they come out and measure for custom cabinets….. they never did that for our - over $35,000 cabinet job. because they didn’t do it, they had to input two fake drawers because they did not measure. This was not in the design plans And they did not offer any discounts for this gross mistake. And it looks like crap. This would’ve never happened if they would’ve measured like they guarantee on their invoice and the contract that you sign. This company sold us manufactured cabinets when we ordered real wood cabinets. when I demanded, they show me on the invoice which line item it was, they would only give me code

The first cabinets I purchased were for my kitchen....big mix up and the custom, painted cupboards I ordered from a lumber yard did not get made. Contractor was ready to hang and none for 6 to 8 weeks. To Douglas I went took one load home and back to get the second load the next day. Doors were sanded and ready to prime and paint which I did myself. Turned out great and I still love them. Went back when I remodeled again and did my utility room and new bathroom. Saved a ton of $$! Had them upgrade the hinges and drawers which is well worth it.

A ton of issues with custom made product. When calling various times the vendor basically said it is how it is. Cabinet drawers aren't square and close all the way... all the doors don't match up or close all the way correctly

Got our kitchen cabinets from them. Fantastic quality! Family business and excellent service. I dare you to find folks this nice in big box stores or a big city shop!

Purchased kitchen cabinets many years ago, was very satisfied with their product and service. This year we purchased bathroom cabinets and still pleased .
