What an amazing experience we had with Rigo and RG Pools Spas & General Construction. We felt like we hit the lottery. We have heard so many horrible stories of nightmare experiences with pool contractors installing (or not installing) a pool, but our experience could not have been better. We had almost given up on the idea of our dream pool. We spoke with 3 pool contractors about a year earlier and we felt like they were all price gouging because of how many pools they were installing throughout the pandemic. One pool contractor just flat out told us the pool would be around $90k to $100k without even asking us what kind of pool we wanted. Can’t say enough about RG Pools and how exceptional they were in construction of our new pool. Rigo is very knowledgeable and experienced in the area of pool construction, design and permit issues. He helped so much with design and planning, walked us through the process and was present for every step of it. There was never a day without contact and his communication was great in keeping us updated on the progress. Rigo was very patient as we made several add on and changes to our plans. He was super responsive through the whole process, supervised every step of the job and also did some of the work himself. We highly recommend him and his company.

RG Pools made our dream yard a reality. They did a complete demolition to our backyard and started with a clean canvas. They constructed a pool, spa, water feature wall, sunken firepit, bbq area with sitting space, pavers, artificial turf, front yard courtyard, lighting, & planting new trees. The attention to detail, the respectful staff, and having someone here working daily allowed our project to be done quickly and we were thrilled with every inch of the yard. Rigo did a great job on our Pool! He listened to our desires and did his best to work our design elements into the restraints of our small backyard. He came with good recommendations from our neighbors who used him for their backyard pools. His workers were polite and cleaned up every time they worked at our house. We are happy with the results!
