I’ve been using RG Wallace at my house for about 6 years and have been very happy with them. They service our main AC unit and an additional mini split. Also just recently used them on an office build out which went great. Professional installers and they use quality units. Highly recommend.

Buddy has been maintaining my AC units for years. Very knowledgeable about our equipment and his diagnostic skills are exceptional. As with all appliances, we eventually had to replace one of our units followed a year or so later with the second unit. Both new units were expertly installed by Buddy and have been supported by him (though we don't see as much of him with the new units as we did with the old ones). Buddy is an exceptional individual and a terrific technician. I recommend him to anyone needing servicing or replacement of AC units.

Great experience having Buddy service my mini split in my hair salon. My split began to leak and shut off on a super hot day in the middle of working. I text Buddy and he was able to get to my location in less than an hour and had it cleaned and blowing icy cold in no time! He’s fast and efficient. Definitely a forever customer for my AC needs.

Buddy was extremely helpful when we needed our outdoor AC unit moved. Despite our aged unit making things complicated for him, he efficiently completed the job in one afternoon. Buddy even fixed a broken part unknowingly left by a previous AC repair company so my unit is running more efficiently. Instead of upselling me a new unit, he adjusted to ensure I get the maximum life out of this current unit. We are very thankful!!

Buddy Wallace and his crew were absolutely fantastic! Super neat and tidy very conscientious and polite and got done in a very timely manner! Showed up when they said they would and the job was complete and we finally had cold air again! Yay! I would also like to add that this was the only company that proposed the right equipment for the sea side environment at an honest price. We got several bids so we could compare!
