Rich and his crew at RHBCD took over a full gut renovation of a 90 year old duplex that had gone bad with the previous contractor. He went through the property methodically to see what needed to be done and came up with a game plan and estimates. Rich and his team helped solve my problems! Our water heater failed and they advised me on a replacement and completed the install successfully. The team removed and replaced the attic insulation in an organized manner while also adding new gable vents. They worked with us and recommended the right products for our needs. We truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism they brought to the job. Additionally, they were respectful to our family’s time and needs and willing to adjust when necessary to make it work!
