We had our home painted in October 2024 by Rhino Shield of Colorado. Following, what was considered completion of the project, the lead man on the job was rushing to get my approval and was very irritated by my showing him several areas of concern in the coverage and walked around with a 4inch roller in his hand wiping on a smear of paint here and there. In December I found that the paint around the front and back door frame was peeling and contacted them to arrange for solving the problem. Finally, after many calls on my part for follow up, I received a call back in January 2025. They stated they would be here in February 2025 to resolve the issues. They did come and repaint the areas of concern but by September 30, 2025 I noticed the same frames peeling again, I'm assuming from poor prep

We found ourselves in a sticky situation with some needed warranty work on a paint job performed by the previous Rhino Shield dealer who is now out of business. Jim Williams (the new Colorado Rhino Shield dealer) helped me navigate the situation by identifying the cause of our problems, working with the manufacturer of the product and the previous dealer to get the problems corrected. It wasn't Jim's problem and he didn't get paid for his efforts, but he helped make it right anyway. As a fellow business owner, I really apprecate and respect that! Thanks, Jim!
