I called and spoke with Mr. Patrick Al-Janadi and explained to him that I want to get a leaking faucet fixed. He was soft spoken, assuring and sounded nice. He came in and promised that he will do the best job. I ask him about his charges a couple of times but he kept saying that he wont charge much, that he is a good man and a professional. Over a period of two days, he fixed the leak. I was happy and i felt he did a competent job. Then came the money, he asked 450$ for labor and material. He provided a receipt for the material which cost 100.36$ which also included a metal cutter blade which is a tool and shouldn't be included in the cost I think.
