Please beware of this contractor! I paid Chris $750 as a 50% initial payment to build a patio shed but it’s been almost 2 months now and he has not yet completed the work. He kept on making various excuses to stall me while he was working on other jobs. I requested him to return me the full money that I paid but he is not willing to do so. This guy is a thief. NEVER GIVE THIS GUY ANY DEPOSIT MONEY IF YOU DECIDE TO HIRE HIM. Do check his license as well as he gave me an older proof of the license that indicated it as active whereas the actual license status was expired. I am now filing the lawsuit against him.
