This past week one of their drivers backed into my vehicle with their plow truck, my girlfriend watched it happen from the apartment. There is so much obvious evidence which i have photos of. I confronted the driver and he lied multiple times and made silly excuse and reasoning like a child. I've been calling the company since Thursday 2/6/25 and leaving voicemails and I haven't gotten anything in return. 1 star review is generous, zero stars is what they should get. The gentleman who hit my car and lied about it should he fired and forced to pay for what he did.

Jacob Riberdy advertised and sold me firewood that was supposed to be "well seasoned". I asked multiple times and have the entire chat with him confirming that the wood was seasoned. He dropped it off about 5:30 yesterday evening in the dark so I couldn't really see the wood. After he left, I took a few pieces and split them smaller. Green through and through and they just smoke and sizzle. Very dangerous and a liability to your company if someone's home burns down trying to burn green wood. $300 spent for wood I can't burn. when I brought it to his attention via chat, he got angry and blocked me. I said nothing wrong to him and I have the chat log. Thinking about turning him in to the police. Total scammer.

One of their trucks running as a plow took out a huge chunk of our lawn in order to take out our bright blue, very visible, 50 gallon recycling bin. When I ran out in my pajamas telling for then to stop they hit it again into the snow pile on the opposite side of the street, and really looked like they could have cared less. No sorry, no acknowledgement what so ever. Just an fyi if you're trying to get idea of the level of care they may take with your project.
