Ricardo's Painting

Filed a warranty claim with my builder and they apparently use Ricardos. This business is so unorganized. The builder apparently put my request in as urgent and it took them over 2 weeks to even contact me for an appointment. Then after the job, they told me that I had to hand write a note stating that they had done the job. They had no work order for me to sign, nothing. Literally a piece of printer paper that I had to fill out and sign. Now for 2 days the secretary keeps calling me stating that she's ready to schedule my appointment 2 days after I already told her that it's been completed.
