I grew up with one of the Raccardi brothers, and some of my best childhood memories are from those days up on the hill. Even back then, you could see the character of the man he’d becom; respectful, kind, quick on his feet, and always looking out for his sister and mother. Years later, we crossed paths again in on Shrewsbury St. and it was no surprise to see he’d become a successful, grounded guy with a strong moral compass. Based on the integrity I’ve seen from him throughout his life, I would recommend the Raccardi Brothers to any of my friends or family.

Ricciardi Bros was hired by the City of Worcester to perform work on my street. This work was subcontracted to Gallagher Property Services. When completing the work, Gallagher Property Services damaged the pipes connected to my house, forcing me to seek replacement of the pipes between my house and the street. Many of my neighbors faced the same issue. Ricchiardi Bros quoted me a price in the thousands that I would have to pay to fix the problem that they caused. The next day they reneged on their initial quote and increased it by another thousand for no apparent reason. During a three way conversation between Ricciardi, Gallagher Property and myself I was able to negotiate to a lesser price but still unacceptable that I should have to pay anything to fix the problem that they caused. When an issue arose that was not addressed by the town or the town's suggested avenues, Ricciardi Bros worked without hesitation to fix the issue.
