I called late in the afternoon when water wouldn't drain anywhere in our house. James was incredibly helpful, as he has been in the past, troubleshooting over the phone and offering a few tricks to try. He assured me that if those didn’t work, he would come out that same day to fix the issue, going above and beyond to ensure it would be taken care of that evening. Thankfully, his advice worked, and the problem was resolved without needing a service call. When I asked how I could pay him for his time, he kindly said his advice was free and to just call him next time we needed service. James was so friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure our issue was fixed quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of customer service. This summer I had a quick hitting new install project that had to be completed to open a building on time. James Rice is a great plumber, clearly very knowledgeable and a clear communicator. We had a great experience with him this morning and the bill was perfectly reasonable. Also he’s really nice, and he was able to come out quickly. Would definitely recommend this firm!

We picked Rice Plumbing because they had a 5 star rating. My need was to have our hot water heater replaced in our crawlspace. I spoke with Mark, who is very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and offered real fast service and almost any date I needed, even as quick as the next day! I had asked him how much to install the hot water heater if I had bought it first and he gave me an hourly rate which far surpassed and was much cheaper than the flat rate other plumbing businesses quoted me. They came out today and he sent his man, Kirby, to install it. He did a really professional and quick job, only 2 1/2 hours of labor. He gave me the impression he was very professional and also knowledgeable and said he’s been doing this job 23 years. He was also a very friendly person. All I can say
