I had a horrible experience with Ricardo. He took advantage of me when I had to leave the house for several hours on the second day he was working at my house. He and his worker scraped the wood off of the top of my chair railings all around the dining room. He was supposed to prep the walls for painting. There were over 65 places where there were very noticeable bumps and indents that he didn't bother to fix prior to painting. I have pictures of all of them. He was supposed to put two coats of paint on the walls and the trim and he lied to me and said he did when he didn't. I know this because I had to sand down all 65 + places with bumps and dents myself and repaint them. It was obvious that only one coat was applied and you could actually see through some places.
