No heat on hot water gas boiler. Rich diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the circulator pump and bleed the system. Checked the baseboard and everything is working fine. Experienced knowledgable and professional.

Out of 4 calls to other plumbers Rich responded to my plumbing disaster immediately. I had a valve that was opened for 6 days.. under my sink was a slow flow of water that did not come out and flow onto the kitchen floor. The water traveled thru the cabinet floor then traveled under the hardwood floor and into the garage below soaking the insulation and drywall. Rich was amazing, he was efficient, neat and went beyond to help clean up the mess Thank you Rich
