Rich Pools

I used Rich when first had pool installed 5 years ago and they did a great job. This past winter my pool was damaged so I had to have a new pool installed. Rich arrives and as before every friendly and explains what he is going to do and then what his crew will do later. Once rich leaves it’s a completely different experience. I tried having a conversation with his other crew and they lack personality. I offered beverages and asked if they needed anything with very little response. Having had Rich do my first install I didn’t think it was necessary to watch what they were doing. Needless to say when it was time to collect payment that’s what I did I paid them and they immediately left. When I went to look at it I was absolutely shocked with what I saw! There was a wide unsafe gap

Installed my pool and was sooooo fantastic. I called them, left a message, they called me after a few days, had my pool installed the next day, first thing. It was so quick and seamless. Very knowledgeable of where everything needs to be placed. Highly recommend. They where done in 4 hours.

Was supposed to be at our house “some time in the morning”. Showed up at 4:00. Was rude and belligerent. Left a pile of dirt and stone, and trash on the back lawn. Can’t believe that a business that treats customers the way Rich treated us is still in business.

Rich pools does not reside at this residence he moved from here probably 6 years ago I rent from a new owner the house is a rental front and rear

Fantastic job wouldn't use anybody but Rich pools to install a above ground pool fantastic job!
