We reached out to Rich the plumber for a quote on replacing our 19‑year‑old water heater. He walked us through the options over the phone and mentioned he had flexible availability. Since our old unit was still working, we told him to schedule it whenever was easiest for him. He came out just two days later and installed the new water heater, and it’s been working perfectly. We’d absolutely recommend him and plan to continue using his services.

Called Wednesday evening with a leak in my bathroom shower. Got a call Monday Thursday morning, explained the issue sent photos and they knew exactly what to do. Hans Came Friday and had it fixed within an hour! Great service, very friendly, very knowledgeable and great pricing! Highly recommend!

I will never call another plumber again. The last guy we had just disappeared when we had an emergency. Turns out, we had a pretty bad slab leak in the master bathroom.
