Richard Lloyd Roofing and Contracting helped me several times with roofing issues at different properties. Richard is hardworking, fair, honest and dependable. I gave this company 5 stars because Richard is very responsive, prompt and ready to work, which is MAJOR for me.

I scheduled roof work with Richard Lloyd on Monday to start a job Friday...(he chose the day) on my roof and he texted me at 5 am to cancel! I asked why and he says he doesn’t explain himself to anyone! I altered my schedule, took off from work etc. He canceled 2 hours before the work was to begin and got an attitude with me. I don’t know him personally but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM based on UNPROFESSIONAL attitude! Then says I should get someone else to do the work!

Amazing guy! He did an prestine job. Roof was a mess with muck all over it. Water was pouring in. He replaced the lower portion including wood/sills/cappings he did it all. Nicest guy I’ve dealt with.

Lloyd roofing and siding is the best roofer . He did such a good job at a fair price that 2 of my neighborsbors went ahead and had there roofs replaced and shingled.
