Excellent service from R M Adams Plumbing - called in at night when water heater was found leaking in our basement, Rich was quick to walk us through making sure everything was shut off safely and got us a new tank installed the next morning. Also replaced a soon to fail main pressure regulator that was found during visit. All 2 days before Christmas - great service and great guy! Would recommend

Rich and his team are fantastic. Our hot water heater burst, water everywhere and no hot water at 5 am on a Saturday! I called the number listed, just hoping for any response later in the morning. By 8 am not only did I have a response but Rich had dropped off the replacement heater on his way to another job. I know we weren’t first on the list, so I assumed maybe our hot water heater could be fixed by Monday. Even though it was late in the day, when Rich arrive to replace the heater, he did. Same day! Rich is kind and understanding that people don’t want to live without their hot water! He worked after his normal business hours to make sure the job was done and to our satisfaction. Excellent, excellent service. Richard showed up within 30 minutes for an emergency call on a freezing day when our heat was out. He discovered a frozen and damaged pipe within 15 minutes. Had it replaced and our heat running within the hour. Extremely reasonable price as well. Highly recommended!
